By proceeding with any free or paid work with Self Elevation Hypnosis, you agree to understand:
Hypnosis is only to be used AFTER you have consulted a medical or licensed professional. Hypnosis is not a replacement for a licensed medical professional's expertise. Hypnosis does not treat or diagnose physical, mental, or medical conditions.
Hypnosis is specifically used to increase quality of life.
Jarisa Johnson, as the hypnotist, does not guarantee results.
Jarisa Johnson, as the hypnotist, is not a licensed therapist nor does she claim to have any expertise on trauma or diagnosed mental health conditions.
Hypnosis is an active process, meaning I, as the client, have to willingly engage to increase the likelihood that my hypnosis session(s) will work.
Hypnosis is an exploratory process and I, as the client, create my own meanings and interpretations for what comes up during sessions.
If at anytime I, as the client, feel uncomfortable or unwilling to continue my hypnosis session, I can and will leave at anytime.
I, as the client, am in full control over my mind and body during the entire duration of the session.
Hypnosis is not a replacement for marriage counseling or any other mediated counseling that requires two people to be actively working towards the same goal. If it is apparent that having a marriage counselor is the next best step to further you to your goal, all work with Jarisa will be paused and only resumed when a marriage or other mediating counselor has been included.
Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable.
All sessions canceled within 12 hours of their scheduled time are subject to a $50 rebooking fee.
All Sessions held in Raeford NC requires a $30 travel fee per session to account for time and gas to travel between Durham and Raeford NC. If this $30 travel fee is not paid, Your session will be held virtually or at Durham NC location.
You can only reschedule each individual session twice at no charge. All additional reschedules are subject to a $50 rebooking fee.
No show appointments are subject to a complete cancellation of all remaining sessions and all payments are non-refundable. Valid reasons for no-shows will be taken into consideration. Valid reasons include medical, weather,
Hypnosis is a collaborative process, and results vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, and refunds are not provided based on perceived results or personal experience.
If you agree to a payment plan, you are responsible for the total amount.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this financial policy.
