Getting to the root of your block is done by understanding HOW your block is held together by the subconscious mind at an identity level.
Identity is the building block of all your subconscious focuses and is built through feeling.
Sure that sounds general, but think of that problem you're considering hiring me for (money, bad habits, relationships, self-concept, etc.), it is going to be held together by emotionally charged ideas.

You're here because you want to accomplish a goal (make more money, attract a partner, live a more fulfilling life, etc.), but you have a feeling that keeps getting in the way. Some of us may know why the feeling is there and can’t shift it. Others, may simply just have a habit and that’s all they know.

This is where our work using hypnosis comes in.
I have worked with hundreds of clients in my local practice in the Raleigh NC area over the last 4 years to create lasting change on a behavioral level. This change has varied from phobias, sports performance, smoking habits, relationship patterns, anxiety, chronic pain, childhood trauma...
But these clients all have this in common:
They have shifted their reality (or habit) by guiding their mind to experience their problems differently using their imagination and hypnotic suggestion. Yes, it's that simple.
Mind you, most of these clients had already tried everything: talk therapy, journaling, meditation, plant medicine, you name it, they tried it.
Why does the hypnosis process work when other modalities haven't? Because your brain creates your problems using imagined ideas that are emotionally charged.
Think about it:
Let's say you feel anxiety and fear about an upcoming presentation. But that presentation hasn't actually happened yet.
Your brain is imagining what could happen in that experience and believes what is is imagining. It forgets that it is imagining it or it wouldn't be feeling anxious about something that isn't actually happening in the present moment.
So, the subconscious is able to create change the exact same way it creates it's problems using hypnosis.
